    Oh my goodness!! You are right, some of these reviews don’t reflect the quality of your boutique or an actual customers opinion BUT your responses as the owner does!! Very unprofessional!!! Seriously, sometimes it’s best to not respond than to come across so unprofessional! I was seriously considering visiting two of your businesses, especially this one because it looks cute but after reading the negative reviews and more importantly your responses, no thank you!! BTW, others have tried to sue based on negative reviews, it didn’t work for them. Why, because we all have a right to our own opinions! If a business truly deserves positive reviews they will get them, instead of threatening to sue people for negative reviews, make changes and work harder to earn the positive ones!!
